Our consultants are able to represent clients to all Canadian provinces and territories who have an agreement with the Federal Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada under which they are able to nominate applicants.
There are two types of provincial nomination programs:
- Skilled Workers – Express Entry
- Business Applicants
Each province or territory has a particular set of criteria that an applicant must fulfill before he/she can successfully be nominated. After the nomination is issued, the applicant must undergo admissibility screening. This step is administered by the Federal Government prior to the permanent residence visa being issued.
