To ensure quality of service and the maintenance of professional standards, we record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to our Operations Base office in Amman, Jordan. By continuing a phone call after the switchboard mentions this fact of recording, or receiving a call from our fixed land lines, you agree to having your call with ACIC Inc. recorded and referred to in the future if needed.
