He has also managed multiple applications for judicial review in Canada's Federal Courts of law where the results of his directorship have caused the overturning of negative decisions made by immigration officers. He has also managed litigation processes in countries in Europe where local immigration departments have failed to meet the provisions of their own immigration / citizenship codes.
